Helen Goldstein

Helen Goldstein is considered a leading figure in the world of yoga and wellness management in Canada. She was one of the first in Canada to be certified by Dr. Deepak Chopra to teach his mind-body healing techniques.

In 1995, she opened The Yoga Studio in Toronto which quickly became one of Canada’s largest healing facilities. In 2007, Helen began to formally apply the benefits of her expertise in wellness to the broader business community by establishing a Corporate Wellness Program.

Helen’s entrepreneurial skills and fifteen years experience as a top real estate agent have enabled her to create a uniquely practical program for her clients. Her personal specialty, seated yoga and stress management, is built on a solid understanding of the needs of today’s corporate environment.

A popular keynote speaker, Helen has taught for corporations and government organization such as: The Office of the Attorney General, University of Toronto Faculty, Canadian Tire, UHN (University Health Network), WSIB (Workman's Safety and Insurance Board), Chiatt (Human Resource Manager, City of Toronto), and Heenan Blaikee Law offices.

Helen has been featured in almost every Canadian publication as well as television and radio as an expert in the field of stress management through yoga and meditation. She was also a keynote presenter at the Shanghai Yoga conference in 2007.

Helen wrote regular columns on OFFICE YOGA for Metro News and Airplane Yoga in Air Canada’s En-Route magazine. She is the subject of the television documentary, Second Chance, that is frequently broadcast across Canada.
