I am writing to let you know of an upcoming training of Deepak Chopra's Primordial Sound Meditation where you will receive your personal mantra from the Chopra Institute. The sessions are roughly 6-7 hours over 2 days on Fri Nov 13th & Sat Nov 14th
The classes are small, 6-15 people and you will also learn practical techniques for wellness management. Classes are located in Toronto in the Beaches area.
